We also need to know where your principle funding came from in the last complete year. This should be divided between the following items:- 1. Fees charged to clients 2. Fees received from regional or local authorities 3. Goverment grants or subsidies 4. Donations from charitable trusts 5. Individual donations 6. Big Lottery grants 7. Legacies 8. Other Please do not allow the description of your services to exceed 400 words.
